Though there are many explanations and definitions of what a technology daily stand-up is, the best way to to describe it is “a daily 15 minute meeting for each team member (developers, quality assurance managers, and product managers) to answer & discuss the following three questions:
1.) What did you do yesterday?
2.) What will you do today?
3.) Are there any impediments in your way?
Generally those three questions are a breeze for developers and QA resources to answer, but unfortunately for product managers, the first talking point isn’t quite simple to discuss. And why is that?
Well a typical day of a digital product manager consists of not only writing requirements for upcoming development, but also dealing with potential production issues, last minute meetings, and replying to a slew of messages from stakeholders.
